RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We are currently unable to exchange or refund items that have been delivered. If for some reason you have received a defective / damaged item or it is not as described please contact us on customerservice@fairepress.com.
Please note carefully that you are responsible for accurately and correctly entering your shipping address. Should you submit an inaccurate shipping address which forces the package to be returned to our fulfilment warehouse (due to inaccurate information) - you will incur a restocking fee. We can resend your item but you will have to pay for additional shipping fees which include a restocking fee of 2 euro.
