Returns

We are currently unable to exchange or refund items that have been delivered. If for some reason you have received a defective / damaged item or it is not as described please contact us on customerservice@fairepress.com.

Please note carefully that if you have submitted or entered an inaccurate shipping address then you will be obliged to accept this is your responsibility. Items that are returned to our fulfilment warehouse due to inaccurate information will incur a restocking fee which is the responsibility of the customer. We can resend your item but you will have to pay for additional shipping fees which include a restocking fee.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. Providing the item has not already been despatched, we are happy to process the cancellation and provide a full refund.

Returns Policy

  • Before returning an item, please contact us first (for confirmation and returns address information etc)

  • Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt and despatch the item within 14 days’ of receipt.

  • The refund (or exchange if applicable) is dependent on the safe receipt of the item to FAIRE (complete, unused and in the condition in which it was originally sent to you), so you are advised to use a trackable and/or insured method of shipping and to package carefully (using the packaging in which the item was originally sent - or equivalent).

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your initial shipping costs. 

  • Please note too that RETURN shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

This was one of the factors that was critical for us to get right when we began creating and publishing FAIRE. Another element that we put a lot of time and thought into was making sure the magazine weighed in (with its packaging) under 500g without losing the quality or quantity of pages…And we did it!

International orders: Ship from Newsstand in the U.K.

Europe: We work with the OML fulfilment company in Germany because they offer the most economical international postal rates in Europe.

We only offer untracked shipping. If you require tracked shipping please contact us for a quote.

Orders will be shipped twice a week.

Due to current COVID-19 related postal delays, the war in Ukraine and subsequent fuel shortages. your magazine should arrive within 4-6 weeks of order date. Currently orders to Australia and New Zealand are taking up to 50 working days. We sincerely hope that these shipping delays can improve but we ask you to be patient.

Inaccurate or incorrect shipping addresses

We urge you to be very careful when entering your shipping address as we cannot take responsibility, or cover the cost of returned mail if you have entered your address incorrectly. If a magazine is returned there is a fee of 4 euro for it to be shipped back to our fulfillment company and if you wish to have it resent to you with a corrected address you will have to cover both this restocking fee and new postage cost.

HOW DO I BECOME A STOCKIST?

We’re thrilled you would like to carry FAIRE Magazine. You can contact us directly at stockist@fairepress.com with questions. We offer a retail discount and group shipping rates with a minimum order of ten copies.

DO YOU WISH TO ADVERTISE IN FAIRE?

We will have a very limited amount of full-page advertisements in each print issue, and our partners will be very carefully selected to ensure they fit with our content and will appeal to our readers.
