Shop items are listed in Euros. If you are purchasing from an alternative currency, the exchange rate is determined at the time of purchase according to the customer’s bank.

Returns:

We are currently unable to exchange or refund items that have been delivered. If for some reason you have received a defective / damaged item or it is not as described please contact us at customerservice@fairepress.com.

Please note carefully that if you have submitted or entered an inaccurate shipping address then you will be obliged to accept this is your responsibility. Items that are returned to our fulfilment warehouse due to inaccurate information will incur a restocking fee which is the responsibility of the customer. We can resend your item but you will have to pay additional shipping fees which include a restocking fee.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. Providing the item has not already been dispatched, we are happy to process the cancellation and provide a full refund.

All our orders are sent standard with no tracking, however, if you would like to have your order tracked please contact us before purchase so that we can let you know the price.

*A VAT of 20% is included in the shipping price.

Inaccurate or incorrect shipping addresses:

We urge you to be very careful when entering your shipping address as we cannot take responsibility, or cover the cost of returned mail if you have entered your address incorrectly. If a magazine is returned there is a fee of 4 euro for it to be shipped back to our fulfilment company and if you wish to have it resent to you with a corrected address you will have to cover both this restocking fee and new postage cost.You can always contact us for any shipping questions to ruth@fairepress.com

International orders (outside of EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country’s government. Any additional fees, including but not limited to duties and taxes, are not covered by the shipping fee charged when your order is placed. Any such additional charges must be paid by the recipient/customer.

Due to the customs clearance process, delivery times are estimated and may take longer than stated. In some cases, packages may be held in customs until any additional fees are paid.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office regarding these policies including duties and taxes.

You can sign up for membership in two ways:

Once-off annual payment of 90 euros which is for one year membership of the Inner Circle.

Monthly payments of 8 euro per month which grant you access to the Inner Circle on a monthly basis.

Cancellations / Refunds:

Once-off annual payment: this is a non-refundable payment and will give you exclusive access to the Inner Circle membership space for one year. If you do not want to resubscribe for another year please access your FAIRE ‘account’ and cancel your membership before it is due to renew.

12 Monthly Payments: If you have opted for the monthly payment plan to our Inner Circle membership space - you can cancel your monthly membership at any time.

You will be charged for the current month.
